Warranty Information

We have been producing round and square thermal storage tanks longer than most companies in the business.  We are so confident in our products that we warrantee our products to be 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service after delivery of the tank to the original owner.  We have many tanks that have been in service for over 25 years that show no degradation.

The Heat Bank structure is warranteed for 10 years of regular residential use.

Our liners are pressure and water tested prior to leaving our facility and are warranteed for 10 years of regular residential use.

All heat exchangers are pressure tested prior to leaving our facility and are warranteed for 5 years of regular residential use.
